As part of the membership to Energy Procurement and Supply Association (EPSA) we need to have compliance to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. The Act is the legislative vehicle for competition law in Australia, and seeks to promote competition, fair trading as well as providing protection for consumers. This legislation is something that Procurement and Supply Chain professionals should have a good understand of anyway.
